Andy McPherson
Andy is a senior consultant who has specialised in warehousing recently but also has strong capability in the strategic elements of operations, management and planning within manufacturing operations, and is one of our key skills in factory/warehouse closure/relocation.
Andy is an accomplished management professional with a commanding track record in governing operations, production, warehousing and transport. He has worked at MD level, managing a £75m budget and successfully delivered projects spanning a multitude of markets and business challenges for clients.
