Phil Jones

Phil is a consultant with a very strong capability in delivering/implementing performance improvement initiatives.  Phil’s manufacturing industry experience is varied and he has shown great adaptability in most industries.  Phil also has experience in the implementation of ERP within the operations side of clients.

A Change Management Consultant with 11 years commercial exposure and a proven track record of delivering results. Particular emphasis in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, supply chain development, cost reduction, improving customer service, warehouse pick face design, whilst developing people during organisation’s strategic change.
