Paul Rankine
Paul is a Senior Consultant with significant experience in Business Performance Improvement across a broad spectrum of clients and industries. Paul is experienced in the delivery of company assessments across several industries, works on the evaluation & creation of supply chain & manufacturing strategies in addition to the design, development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
With over 20 years experience as a Management Consultant and Interim Manager, Paul has sold, managed and delivered a variety of projects from Business Process Redesign (BPR) to specification and selection of IT systems.
